Thanks Sera Isabella... I've already effectively built a tiny house on the lot next to our house in PDX OR. I just haven't installed a kitchen (sink in particular) in it yet and choose not to call it a tiny house. Music rehearsal studio, detached bedroom, shed etc. It's plumbed for a kitchen and designed, if necessary to be moved but no wheels. Dimensions: 10'x20'. There's a nice, substantial, south facing porch on it as well. Doing trim work on it now with some nice straight grain beechwood. Very close but not quite yet done... Brad
