There’s nothing more frustrating than being a design enthusiast who lives in a tiny apartment or home. So many great ideas and so much design inspiration, but not enough space! However, even the tiniest of homes can be styled up and reinvented. You can easily design a comfy, chic home with an…

What is your connection to the tiny house world?
I HAVE RECENTLY RETIRED AND HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE TINY HOUSE MOVEMENT FOR YEARS. I AM IN THE BEGINNING STAGES OF DOWN-SIZING AND LOOKING FOR A NEW LOCATION HERE IN MAINE OF POSSIBLY NEW MEXICO. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE EXCITING AND ENDLESS AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT WEEK'S SUMMIT. DOES ANYONE LIVE IN THE SILVER CITY AREA OF NEW MEXICO?
Now that I am retired , I am able to travel and search for locations where i would like to build a tiny house and dispense of the work needed to maintain a large house. We love Maine but would like spending more time in warmer climates and have a small home base that would be easy to take care of. We are traveling again in New Mexico in the next few months in our truck camper and checking out locales that appeal to us. Silver City ,New Mexico looks interesting at this stage. My profile picture is of San Xavier Del Bac, near Tucson, Az.
