Most Common Electrical Problems in Tiny Homes

Tiny homes are one of the biggest crazes in the last couple of years. These ingenious living spaces may not have that much room, but their designs and layouts are made so that everything fits in perfectly without having to sacrifice many things. Sure, you won’t have a giant bathtub, but that is not their intended purpose.

Great Design Ideas for Tiny Yards

Buying a home is very exciting yet it requires some compromises. Normally, your budget will determine the size and the type of home you’ll be able to afford. This might mean that you will have to choose a home with only one garage, or a home with a small backyard instead of a large one.

Thought I would get the house rolling by sharing my plan/strategy of becoming Tiny.

Liked the idea of a simpler life and building my own place. not sure how that is going to come together as life has other plans for us at times. I am very handy, creative and visual. I also have ADHD and am living with depression. I wasn't planning on living the "test" portion of the Tiny House experiment, however I ended up here and seem to be adjusting (it is taking longer and not as easy as it could have been had the timing/steps been more lined up in an order).

After living in a rented RV for the past 6 months I have learned a lot. Delusions have been stripped away leaving me with the more practical appreciation of what Tiny Living will be for me and my Siberian Husky (fur kid) Lucia. Road testing the lifestyle is important I think as I now know what space and functions need to be incorporated into plans and construction.

I am approaching the whole thing as a journey (possibly with a few different builds and types) along the way.  Options:

  1. Buy and older RV and DIY it until I have it set up to my specs.
  2. Build a Tiny House from scratch (finances will have to improve).
  3. Convert a bus or make a house truck with DIY awesomeness.

What are your ideas and plans?
